Timothy C. Mingo is a Co- founder and President of Mingo Affiliates Services Inc. and Regent Investment Advisors Inc. an Independent Registered Investment Advisory Firm.  Mr. Mingo is President and founding member of Olive Branch Home Buyers, LLC, a South Florida based real estate investment and development firm specializing in the areas of residential and commercial properties including acquisitions, construction, and development. 

For 24 years Mr. Mingo worked in the public sector for the Florida Department of Corrections, ascending to the position of Warden of Prisons throughout the state before retiring in 2004.  As Warden, and later Region Warden he was responsible for 14 Prisons and 23 Road Prisons and Community Facilities, a budget of over 900 million dollars and over 5,000 employees and contract workers.  Administratively, he oversaw hiring, discipline, separation, development and implementation of policies, procedures, security, construction and renovation, maintenance, food service and other operational components.  

Mr. Mingo received his Life, Health and Annuities license in 1990 and was an agent with Midland North American and Harford Life Insurance Companies.  Mr. Mingo obtained his series 6 and 65 license and marketed mutual funds and retirement plans for First American Classics Securities and North American Management. 

Mr. Mingo received his Bachelors in administrative management from Bethune-Cookman College in 1978 and his Certified Public Management designation form Florida State University in 1993

Financial Officer

Wayne Linton is the Chief Financial Officer of Mingo Affiliates Services. Mr. Linton is the CEO of Mega 1 Services, a provider of quality Tax Accounting and Financial Services to businesses, independent professionals and individuals.  Mr. Linton served as controller for Mark, Fore & Strike where he identified and resolved mult-compliance tax issues, designed company cash forecasting models and improved financial report to directors and shareholders. Mr. Linton has extensive knowledge of financial principles, practices and procedures. Proficient in computer applications as well as financial software products; QuickBooks, Peachtree, Microsoft Office. Mr. Linton served as Auditor for The Florida Department of Transportation


Thelma Harper-Mingo serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Mingo Affiliates Services Inc. a Florida based corporation. As Secretary/Treasurer, she directs administrative and fiduciary functions of the company. Thelma has experience in the mortgage banking industry and program administration field. As Program Administrator for the Florida Department of Corrections, she oftentimes served as the compliance steward ensuring policies were being upheld. 

Thelma’s 23 year tenure with the FDC and her banking experience with Glendale Federal have helped to develop the attributes necessary for her to perform her function as Treasurer for Mingo Affiliates.  Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Talladega College in Alabama, Thelma went on to pursue her career as a banking professional and later as an expert in educational development.  She further improved her educational stature by pursuing and obtaining a Master of Science degree from Florida International University and graduating Magna Cum Laude with a concentration in Adult Education / Human Resource Development.

V.P. Operations

Lamin Tayin is the Vice President of the company.  Lamin was Born in The Republic of Gambia and has lived in Senegal.  Lamin Speaks several languages native to the Senegalese people including the predominate language of French. Lamin has obtained his American Citizenship and resides in the US.  Lamin’s indigenous roots and business experience in the region provides the company with a valued resource and operations specialist while operating our mining projects in Senegal.

Cheikh T. Diop has over 20 Years of geology experience working in the Kedougou Region of Senegal.  Mr. Diop has worked with several mining companies in the Region and has conducted geological testing, soil analysis, prospection analysis and various research and scientific studies in the precious metal industry in Senegal.
